Investors realize a secured, high return yield with minimal risk. Each investor is protected by a first position mortgage and further secured with a promissory note and personal guarantee (if necessary).

BlueCay Capital invests firm capital in every transaction to ensure our interests are aligned with those of our investors.

BlueCay Capital handles all aspects of the due-diligence process to ensure all funding parameters are met and will continue to manage the loan until term. We rely on the experience and creativity of our Senior Advisors and legal counsel to ensure a high-yield investment with minimal risk.

After funding, investors are presented with a complete loan funding package with detailed documentation concerning all aspects of the loan. All loans are serviced through BlueCay Capital and interest is paid to investors.
